Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cascadelocalventures.com and any site rental services provided by Cascade Local Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or entering into a site rental agreement with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Cascade Local Ventures builds, owns, and operates local service-industry websites and makes them available for rent to qualified local businesses (“Tenants”) on a subscription basis. Tenants pay a recurring monthly fee to receive customer leads generated through the applicable website. Cascade Local Ventures retains full ownership of the website, domain, hosting, and associated lead-generation infrastructure at all times; a rental agreement does not transfer ownership of any site or its assets to the Tenant.

Billing and Payment

Site rental fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Pricing is set individually per Tenant and per site based on the applicable service category and market. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation and Refunds

Site rentals are month-to-month with no minimum term. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for providing accurate business information for use on their rented site and for promptly following up with leads generated through the site. Tenants may not misrepresent their business, services, licensing, or credentials in any information provided to us for publication.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our websites or services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our websites or systems.

Ownership and Termination

Cascade Local Ventures may terminate a Tenant’s site rental for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination or cancellation for any reason, the Tenant has no ongoing right to the website, domain, content, or leads associated with that site.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our websites and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Cascade Local Ventures makes no guarantee regarding the volume or quality of leads generated through any site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cascade Local Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
